AI Automation

Sigzen AI starts with a 45-minute process review, scopes one workflow — signal-triggered outreach, support deflection, invoice matching — with acceptance criteria and a fixed price, and takes it live on the CRM, helpdesk or ERP you already run in four to eight weeks.

One trigger. One workflow. One person approves.

Sales, marketing, support and finance: a signal arrives, the agent does the research and the drafting on the systems you already run, and a person signs it off — every time.

Trigger: New Head of Growth hired at a target account

  1. Signal detected on LinkedIn and matched to the account
  2. Account enriched and scored against the ICP
  3. Buyer prompts run; the lost answer and winning competitor found
  4. First-touch message drafted and the CRM updated in HubSpot
  5. A person reviews and approves

qualified meetings is the kind of target we set with you at the assessment, with one person sending. Research and drafting are automated; sending stays with your team, inside every platform’s rules.

Who it’s for.

This is for you if

  • Sales, marketing and support leaders at SaaS, D2C and growth-stage companies whose teams spend the week prospecting, updating the CRM or answering tier-1 tickets
  • Founders of 20–200-person companies who want one AI workflow working, with the savings measured
  • Teams on ERPNext, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, Intercom or WhatsApp who want AI built on those, not beside them
  • A COO, CFO or owner with a named process owner and a queue of manual document work: invoices, orders, tickets
  • Manufacturers and services firms with 50–1,000 staff and an ERP or practice-management system in place

Not yet, if

  • No system of record: if your data lives in inboxes and spreadsheets we start with an assessment, not a build
  • No process owner who can sign off acceptance criteria and handle the exception queue
  • A chatbot for its own sake, or a pilot with no number attached to it
  • Anyone who wants outreach sent automatically without a person reviewing it first

Ten services. One rule: live in production.

Every workflow ships with acceptance criteria written into the agreement and a person on your team handling the exceptions.

  1. Our outreach engine watches for signals (funding, hiring, tech changes, traffic drops), enriches and scores each account, drafts outreach within platform rules and keeps the CRM clean; a person reviews and sends.

Talk to us

Signed off, not demoed.

Every workflow has a number attached before we build it and a signature after. If the maths does not work on the process review, we say so on the call.

  • 01

    Acceptance criteria in the agreement

Before the build starts we write what 'done' means into the agreement: the volumes, the accuracy, how exceptions are handled and the number we will measure. Scope changes go to a change order or the next rung, never absorbed quietly.

  • 02

Hours saved, deflection and cycle time, measured

We baseline the process before we build, measure after, and your process owner signs the number off at the end of the sprint: hours saved for back-office flows, deflection and first-response time for support, cycle time and error rate for documents.

  • 03

    Exceptions go to people

Every workflow has an exception queue handled by your team, and a person reviews outreach before it is sent. Your ERP or CRM stays the system of record; the agent never becomes one.

  • 04

Official APIs, audit logs, cost caps

We build on official APIs only, log every action, cap spend per task and per day, and keep a human-in-the-loop control on anything that leaves the company. The governance checklist is part of every agreement.

Sounds familiar?

  • “Support volume and response times are killing us.”

    Head of CX

  • “Invoices, orders and reconciliations are still manual.”

    CFO

  • “Our reps spend most of the week prospecting and updating the CRM.”

    Head of Sales

  • “We tried AI pilots and got nothing we could show the board.”

    COO
